Michael is a conservative republican. He believes in the constitution, rule of law, limited government, fiscal responsibility, and equal rights for every person. He is a Christian who believes in a Christian world-view of love, respect, and equal treatment for every person. Michael has been a public servant for most of his life, and would like to continue his service to the community as the next Collin County Justice of the Peace of Precinct 3, Place 2. Michael receives prestigious Deputy Constable of the Year from the JPCA

Plano, TX - 9/24/18 - Immediate Release:

Every year, the Justices of the Peace and Constables Association of Texas (JPCA) awards Constables, JPs, Deputies, and Clerks with "best of the year" awards. Michael has been awarded the prestigious Chief Larry Waller Deputy Constable of the year award for 2016/2017 and 2017/2018. Recipients of JPCA awards are nominated by their peers and other members of the organization. Michael's name has been added to a very short list of Deputy Constables who have received this award two times, as well as in consecutive years. Michael has been a member of JPCA since 2005 when he started as a Deputy Constable with Dallas County Constable Pct. 2 in Garland, TX. He continued his membership while working for Constable Joe Wright in Pct. 4 of Collin County. Michael is very active with the association and has been a member of the Constable Education committee since 2014 and serves as the current Secretary of the committee. Michael will be teaching mental health courses for the Justice Court Training Center at the JPCA sponsored Civil Process schools provided across Texas beginning in February of 2019.

January 7, 2018 --- Grassroots McKinney PAC announced that it is endorsing Mike Missildine for Justice of the Peace, Precinct 3-2. After careful evaluation, we are convinced that Mike Missildine has the best combination of skill and experience to represent and protect the people as a Justice of the Peace. He has been a part of the justice and legal system for many years and has demonstrated his dedication to the Constitution and the rule of law. He has spent many off-hours preparing himself for this office. Endorsement Update 1/8/2018

I have been hard at work on the campaign trail to become your new Justice of the Peace for Collin County Pct. 3 Place 2. I have received endorsements from some major organizations in Collin County. I am honored and humbled to announce that Collin County Deputies Association, Patriot Texas, and Collin County Conservative Republicans all endorse my campaign. I am proud to have these organizations join my team. I also have the support of City of Murphy Council Member Betty Nichols Spraggins, Collin County Constables Joe Wright and Gary Edwards, as well as Denton County Constables Mike Truitt and Tim Burch. I will continue to campaign, and once elected, I will ensure fair and ethical treatment in the court, fiscal and social conservatism, accountability and transparency, and equal application of the law in all cases.
